Google has finally announced the 4.3 version which do not bring noticeable changes . The user interface hasn't been amended but apart from that Bluetooth Smart & OpenGL ES 3.0 are the few additions in this latest version. Well it also brings a Restricting Profiles option, this is something more of  a parental lock type thing e.g Tablet users can restrict purchases to avoid any unauthorised access . Media Capabilites another change allows a hight quality video recording because of the access to the built in VP8 encoder from framework. The other features are, ease while inputting texts  , WiFi location in the back drop and Dial pad Auto Complete. This new software is now coming in Nexus devices such as Nexus Tablet 7. These are the only bulk of improvements seen in 4.3 version.
