It seems as if Nokia has been exhausted seeing other manufacturers  leading in the tablets department.We have got some news about the Windows RT tablet that Nokia is working on, most probably known as "Sirius" So according to Paul Thurrott this tab would certainly feature a Snapdragon 800 Processor along with a 2 GB RAM. 10.1 Inches tablet is 0.3 inches thick with a full HD 1080p display and 6.7 Carl Zeiss optics camera.
