There hasn't been any water resistant smart phone until the Xperia Z came to triumph the market and it was successful in doing so thus it effected the sales of other smart phones adversely. Samsung, the  leading company in making the world's best smart phones couldn't just sit back and see that other smart phones get praised and considered more than the Samsung's flagships.Galaxy S4's launch helped Samsung to continue their repute but it was not more than 3 months that S4 Active came and took charge from S4. As the reason for Active version is that regular S4 met with some critical acclaim.

Galaxy S4 Active now competes with another feature of Xperia Z (Water Resistance), yes it can resist few drops of water and can be dropped into the water down to a meter for about 30 minutes respectively.The hardware specifications are simply enormous as obvious it features a 1080p display with a 4.2 Android Jelly Bean version with a 1.9 GHz Snapdragon 600 processor along with t that 2 GB RAM is featured in this smart phone. 8 MP rare and 2 MP front camera is located on the phone with an LED flash .

The design of this smart phone seems to be a bit rugged but nevertheless the grace of the smart phone is appreciable. There are grey,orange & sky blue versions , the back side has a nice texture which is not only elegant but stylish and is way too different from the other smart phones. 5 Inch display is more than enough for a smart phone and around its sides there is a rubber coated that prevents water and dust particles to enter.

Well this phone isn't shock prove that means in case it fells , it'll absorb the shock and there will certainly be a damage.The smart phone is selling at about $734 and is having a great impact in the market. This not only has made Samsung's intentions clear that they are always ready for the challenges as this device has been launched in a short span of time just after 3 months of regular S4's launch and even then its registering large sums too. Surely a Hot cake and hitting the deck of the market!!
